Tenure-track faculty position - May 2020 - Call for Applications

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS: August 21th, 2020

STARTING DATE: February 1, 2021 (flexible)

The CCM is inviting applications for a tenure-track faculty position to start at 1 February.

This position will be in the area of Bio-mathematics. The CCM currently has 24 faculty members, see www.matmor.unam.mx/es/investigacion, for more information.

The position is foremost research oriented, but also includes teaching duties of one course per semester at the graduate or undergraduate level. Further duties include supervision of students at the graduate (masters and PhD) and undergraduate level. Participation in academic-administrative tasks is also expected as well as in outreach activities. For the first few years, contracts will be reviewed on an annual basis. The expected remuneration is competitive. We expect a strong commitment to develop the area.
