Subject: Loops 09 conference  

Dear colleagues

On behalf of the Local Organization Committe of Loops 09 conference, we notice
that this conference will be held from 2 to 8 August next year in Beijing Normal
University. In accordance with the advices of a few senior scientists in LQG
community, the topics of this conference would be more concentrated on LQG than
those in Loops 07 conference, and you are nominated as the member of the
International Advisory Committee of Loops 09 conference.

We genuinely invite you to attend the conference and welcome your suggestions or
comments on the organization or the programme of the conference. If there is any
specific reason such that you could not accept the nomination, would you please
let us know as soon as possible?
